Born and raised in New York, Peter Parker was mostly raised by his Aunt May and his Uncle Ben, due to Peter's parents dying when he was very young. A shy, withdrawn and academically-gifted high school student, Peter grew up with the dream of becoming a brilliant scientist. Eventually, Peter would go to a school field trip to Oscorp. While taking pictures for the school yearbook, Peter was bitten by a spider that crawled through the radioactive machine. Days later, Peter realized that the spider that bite him gave him powers. With his new found powers, He created a special gear to help him control his new abilities. He went out at night to become a wrestler for money until his Uncle Ben was shot and killed. Peter blamed himself for uncle ben’s death and promised to use his powers for the help of others. Since then, Peter started an internship at the Daily Bugle to continued his life of a photographer, While fight crime as the friendly neighborhood "Spider-Man.” After many years of crime fighting and saving New York countless times, Captain America and Iron Man recruited Spider-Man to join the “New Avengers.”

Later on, A mysterious black alien would bond with Spider-Man give him giving him extreme boost of strength. It turns out the alien was symbiotic that needed a host to stay alive. So one day after chasing The SHOOOOOOOCCCCCKKKKKEEEERRRRRRR though a church, Peter realized the alien made him become more violent with his villains, civilians, even his loved ones. So he climbed to the church's bell and torn the symbiote away from him.
During Superhero Registration Act, Tony Stark sponsored Peter Parker for the Act, Thou Peter Parker was forced to reveal his Identity to the whole world. Tony also gave Peter a new iron suit naming him "The Iron Spider." Thou deep in Peter, He hated this decision. He put his life and loved ones in so much danger it eventually left Aunt may getting shot and Peter being ambushed by his own teammates. He was rescued by the Punisher and was brought to Captain America. Peter feeling completely betrayed he switched sides and joined Captain America's fight against the Registration Act.
